MagiClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the areas we serve. The specific scope of any service will be described in the quote or agreement provided to you. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and on the condition and size of the space to be cleaned. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described. We will communicate any material changes to you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (or forfeiture of your deposit, if applicable). Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may also affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is made directly to MagiClean and is not processed through this website. We accept credit and debit cards and Venmo. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise stated, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
5. Satisfaction
MagiClean offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area that was cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours after the service and we will return to correct the areas in question at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover new cleaning requests or issues caused after the service has been completed.
6. Access and Client Responsibilities
To allow us to perform our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. We ask that you secure any valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items, and inform us in advance of any pets, hazards, or special instructions relevant to the service.
7. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent on our contact or quote form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from MagiClean Services UT LLC related to your request, quotes, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
